In 2016, B\u00e2tirente established a corporation called \u00c6quo \u2013 Shareholder Engagement Services,<\/a> in partnership with the Regroupement pour la responsabilit\u00e9 sociale des entreprises<\/a> (RRSE) to make shareholder engagement services available to the institutional investment community in Qu\u00e9bec and beyond. In addition, B\u00e2tirente delegates the exercise of its voting rights in accordance with its Extrafinancial Risk Management Guidelines<\/a> (French only).<\/p>\n
