Since 2018, Bâtirente has been providing quarterly financial statements so you can track the progress of your savings efforts. These statements are available in the MY ACCOUNT secure section of our website. Additionally, at the beginning of the year, a statement with a complete financial picture of the previous year is mailed to your home. The June 30, 2021 financial statement covering the second quarter will be available online in early July.
You haven’t received it for a few months?
If you did not receive your consolidated 2020 financial statement by mail at the beginning of the year, you need to check your mailing and email information that we have on file. You can complete or modify this information directly in your online profile in the MY ACCOUNT secure section.*
Want to select how you will receive your statement?
You can do it! In your online profile, you will find a Communication preferences section just below your personal information. There you can change the language of your communications and choose the format of your statements. Click on Edit, check the desired box, and confirm.
Looking for a statement covering a specific period?
It’s easy! In the secure section, click on Financial statements in the My statements and documents drop-down menu. On this page, click on Request a statement and enter the period you want to see. Select email and click on Send. Your quarterly statements are saved in this section for 18 months. Statements ordered for a specific period are saved for six months, so don’t forget to download them!
Have you found an error on a statement?
Please report any errors or discrepancies to a Member Services Centre agent within 30 days.
Remember that your financial statement is your ally
Your financial statement provides a complete picture of your savings. It shows important information such as your group and participant numbers and the names of your beneficiaries. The statement also presents the value and growth of your savings, your retirement objectives, your returns, and the funds in which your savings are invested. We also include news and tips than can help you achieve your goals.
